Tanzanian gospel singer Rose Muhando has responded to allegations that she ate fare from Kenyan pastors.

The accusations were made by gospel artiste/pastor Ali Mukhwana, who publicly accused Muhando of the 'kula fare' habit after she failed to show up for a crusade in Bungoma. According to Mukhwana, Muhando confirmed her availability for the event and requested a fare of KES 200,000 to appear. Muhando has denied the allegations, stating that whoever is complaining that he was not paid for his money should come forward with evidence. She also urged people to be careful when listening to false claims on social media. The singer's response was posted on her Instagram page after Kenyans demanded she confirm or deny the accusations.
